UDS invites applications from eligible full-time postgraduate (master’s) students for a five-month student mobility at the Catholic University of Applied Sciences, Cologne, Germany. The mobility runs from 1 March to 31 July 2027. Academic activities will be delivered in English, with learning visits and educational excursions in Muenster or Paderborn, Berlin and the vibrant city of Cologne.

ELIGIBILITY

1. Be a full-time master’s student currently registered at UDS and remain registered for the full mobility period.
2. Be enrolled in Health Sciences, Social Sciences (including Social Studies and Education), Theology, or other related programmes.
3. Hold a first degree with at least a Second Class Upper Division.
4. Have completed all taught coursework for your current postgraduate programme before submitting your application.
5. Be below 35 years of age at the time of application.
6. Be available to participate fully from 1 March to 31 July 2027 and be prepared to meet the initial cost of air travel to Germany and the return flight to Ghana.

Following UDS screening and selection, successful applicants will receive the host programme application form for completion and submission.

1. Application letter for the international study programme.
2. Curriculum vitae.
3. Birth certificate and proof of nationality.
4. Copy of a valid national identity card.
5. Copy of passport with an expiry date in 2028 or later.
6. Bachelor’s degree transcript, original or certified true copy.
7. Bachelor’s degree certificate.
8. Current UDS postgraduate results statement or transcript confirming completion of taught coursework.
9. Letter of admission to your current postgraduate programme at UDS.

SELECTION AND ENQUIRIES

These documents support UDS internal screening and selection. They are not required by the Catholic University of Applied Sciences, Cologne, at this stage. UDS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications.
