Notice is hereby given for applications for admission and DAAD Scholarships for the M.Phil Community Health and Development and MPH Environmental Health Science Programme for the 2022/2023 Academic Year under the Department of Global Health and the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health at the University for Development Studies.

1. Programmes: M.Phil Community Health and Development

                        MPH Environmental Health Science

2. Admission/Scholarship Requirements

To be admitted into the programme, applicants must have at least:

1. A first degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division in a relevant field from a recognized institution of higher learning or its equivalent in a relevant discipline;
2. Pass a Selection Interview (face to face interview or telephone interview for foreign applicants).

3. MODE OF APPLICATION

All Ghanaian (In-country) and foreign (In-region) applicants for the 2022/2023 academic year admissions and scholarship are required to first submit the following documents to the email; abubakari.abdulai1@uds.edu.gh;

1. Letter of motivation
2. Concept note
3. Curriculum vitae
4. Certified copies of certificates and Transcripts (Note: An applicant must have obtained a minimum of second class upper TO BE QUALIFIED FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP)

The degree certificate should not be more than 6 years since it was obtained

Applicants must be nationals/ residents in Ghana or any other African country.

NB: Continuous students who are admitted to pursue the above mentioned programmes are also qualified to apply.

4. Deadline for Applications: Deadline for submission of documents is December 15, 2021.
