This Easter, even as we celebrate the death and resurrection of Christ and even as we take a short break from work, it is my hope that we will continue to adjust to the new ‘normal’ even as the global pandemic eases out.
Let us remember to pray for all those within the UDS community who may not be able to celebrate this Easter due to ill -health, or other other personal issues.
I am enormously grateful for the tolerance, care, compassion, and dedication everyone continues to show.
It is my hope that this Easter will be a time for families, friends and loved ones to reconnect.
Wherever and however you celebrate, I wish you and your loved ones a Happy and Holy Easter. Please do take the time to enjoy being in the company of one another and I hope you are able to get a good rest over the break.
Thank you.
PRO-VICE CHANCELLOR'S EASTER MESSAGE
As we break for Easter, let us also remember that It’s a time to pause and reflect on the central mysteries of our faith that we celebrate this week on Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday, and Easter Sunday.
We celebrate that God is with us at all times. We join together in renewing our faith in God, and in the resurrected life offered to us through Jesus, the Risen Christ.
May God’s Easter Spirit dwell in our communities, in our hearts and in our homes.
Amen.
REGISTRAR'S EASTER MESSAGE
