Alhassan Abdallah is a Lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Innovation Communication. He served as a Teaching Assistant with over six years of Professional working experience with the University for Development Studies. He has provided instruction in Introduction to Agricultural Extension, Introduction to Rural Sociology and Concepts of Human Development at the undergraduate level. He undertakes research in the areas of Agricultural Extension, Livelihood studies, Climate change, and Conservation Agriculture (CA). Mr Alhassan has conducted research across northern Ghana. His current research foci are Gender, Social Inclusion and Climate Smart Agricultural (CSA) Rehearsals in Northern Ghana. He is also interested in large-scale land acquisitions and the income and food security of smallholders in Ghana. Mr Alhassan has been involved in international collaborative research and outreach with AICCRA, CECAR AFRICA, MADE, RIGHT TO PLAY etc.
