Dr. Bariham Iddrisu (ibariham@uds.edu.gh/bariham.iddrisu78@gmail.com) is a lecturer in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences Education, Faculty of Education, University for Development Studies, Ghana. He has a PhD in Social Studies Education (Kenyatta University). He has over 15 years of experience in teacher education in college and university settings. He has working knowledge and experience in quantitative and qualitative research including data analysis and management. Dr. Bariham has strong knowledge of program design, education policy analysis, and technical report writing, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the capacity to implement research projects and prepare accurate, analytical reports and recommendations. Dr. Bariham has published several research papers in local and international peer-reviewed journals. He currently teaches and supervises undergraduate and postgraduate students' research projects and occasionally serves as Internal examiner for postgraduate thesis examination in the university. His research interests include Social Studies Education, Gender issues in education, Curriculum Design and Instructional supervision, Teachers' Continuous Professional Development, and student-centered learning pedagogies.
